Arts in the Parks: Create and Paint
January - March 2025
Join artist Michelle Boerio to create playful acrylic paintings inspired by plants and animals. Paintings will help us identify and enjoy some of the wild residents of Mohican State Park. Each day we will explore different materials and techniques to help us paint our wildlife art. Guests of any experience level are welcome to attend as we paint together in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Meet the Artist
Michelle Boerio
Michelle Boerio is a visual artist and educator from Columbus, Ohio. She loves to make art that uses multiple mediums to connect people with the weird, wonderful parts of the natural world. Her paintings use a range of watercolor, acrylic, oil paint, and collage to create vibrant images. These expressive paintings celebrate playfulness in making marks.
Currently, she divides her time between making art and teaching artists of all ages. You can find her through michelleboerio.com or at her studio at Mansion 731 in Columbus.
